This program will print a table of content for a GRIB file, or print the datafile if desired, in ascii format. Furter documentation is found on the gribdump manpage.As an example of the three main output formats, we show below the output from gribdump used on a GRIB-file grdh12r.grb:
gribdump grdh12r.grb > grdh12r.out.full gribdump grdh12r.grb -h > grdh12r.out.head gribdump grdh12r.grb -b > grdh12r.out.brief
